Our services

We help regulated teams and growth operators build platforms, automations, and products that survive real operational pressure.

Ecclesiastes 9:10

Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might.

§ I — Disciplines

What we actually do.

01
Cloud Architecture
Partner-led · senior engineers only

AWS, GCP, Azure, hybrid. Reference architectures, migrations, and cost programs that survive the second budget cycle.

02
DevOps & CI/CD
Partner-led · senior engineers only

Pipelines that ship daily. Trunk-based, signed artifacts, ephemeral previews, rollback in seconds.

03
AI Agents & LLM-Ops
Partner-led · senior engineers only

Production agents wired to your real systems — eval harnesses, guardrails, observability, cost ceilings. The boring infrastructure that makes the magic reliable.

04
Angular Engineering
Partner-led · senior engineers only

Enterprise-grade Angular: design systems, NgRx state, micro-frontends, accessibility welded in.

05
React Engineering
Partner-led · senior engineers only

Next.js, Remix, React Native. Frontends built like furniture — square, joinery visible, tested.

06
Platform Engineering
Partner-led · senior engineers only

Internal developer platforms that earn their keep. Golden paths, paved roads, self-service that ships features instead of tickets.

07
Automation & Workflows
Partner-led · senior engineers only

Temporal, n8n, Airflow, hand-rolled. Humans removed from loops that don't need them, kept in loops that do.

08
Observability & SRE
Partner-led · senior engineers only

SLOs, error budgets, dashboards a CFO can read. Incidents that end in postmortems, not blame.

§ II — How we work

A four-act engagement.

i.
Discovery

We sit with your team. We read the runbook. We do not present anything in week one.

ii.
Architecture

A written document — yes, prose — laying out what we'd build, what we wouldn't, and why. Yours to keep.

iii.
Build

Small team paired with yours. We ship to production in week two. Always.

iv.
Handover

We leave docs, dashboards, and a team that doesn't need us. Then we leave.

§ III — Toolkit

The stack we actually ship.

AWS
GCP
Azure
Kubernetes
Terraform
Pulumi
Postgres
Redis
Kafka
Temporal
Airflow
Angular
React
Next.js
Node.js
Python
Go
OpenAI
Anthropic
LangChain
Pinecone
Datadog
Grafana
Backstage
ArgoCD

We are deliberately conservative about what we keep in rotation. Every tool listed has been used in production, on a regulated engagement, by at least three of our engineers in the last twelve months.

§ IV — House rules

What we will and won't do.

01
No technology for the sake of it.

If a Postgres table will do, that is what we ship. We've replaced more clusters than we've installed.

02
Automation is craft, not a feature.

We measure our work in humans removed from loops that didn't need them.

03
Architecture is a debt instrument.

Every box on the diagram is a promise to maintain. We draw fewer boxes.

04
Boring is a moat.

Postgres, plain HTTP, queues, idempotency. The exotic is for the talk track, not the stack.
